Australian world champion boxer Ebanie Bridges marked International Women’s Day by posting a video clip of herself stripping down to sheer lingerie and calling on women to “express themselves”.
Bridges, who is the reigning IBF bantamweight champion, has earned a huge following of fans with her charming sense of humor, aggressive boxing style and flashy weigh-in outfits.
The former math teacher has also been criticized for her bold approach to the sport, for which she refuses to apologize.
“I know I’m a stickler for that,” Bridges says in the video she posted of herself stripping down.
“But I never gave up and stayed true to myself because I think it’s an important message to everyone that you have to be true to yourself.”
