EastEnders star Brian Conley reveals he COULD face the heel in the Christmas cliff hanger this year
EastEnders star Brian Conley has revealed he could face the Christmas cliffhanger this year.
The actor, 61, who plays Rocky Cotton in the show, told presenter Steph McGovern on Thursday’s Steph’s Packed Lunch that the BBC1 soap plans to film a number of different endings for this year’s Christmas Day episode to help viewers keep guessing.
He said, “We had a lovely episode in February where we flashed forward to Christmas, and someone’s dead in The Vic and Letitia’s there in a wedding dress and she’s covered in blood.
“So everybody’s like, ‘Oh my God, who’s dead?’ as well as all the actors on the show, and all you saw was it’s a man, or is it, I don’t know.”
“You just saw the cufflinks and I think everyone has been looking forward to those cufflinks for a while.”

Chaos: Brazen Bird, Jasper Parrott, appears in Walford as Brian’s character Rocky’s beloved pet
According to The sunnamed after comedian Jasper Carrott, the parrot stars in a bitter custody battle between Rocky and his estranged ex-wife Jo.
A source told the publication, “This parrot loves Brian. It was hilarious to see them between takes.’
They added, “The bird has only just started filming, but on its first day on set, it went off script with colorful language that absolutely couldn’t be broadcast before the watershed.
“It spent a good chunk of time telling Brian he was aw****r. Of course these animal actors are consummate professionals, so it quickly went back to work with its beak closed – but everyone was tangled up.”
