EastEnders has been hit with a massive scheduling shakeup as fans finally discover the truth about George Knight’s past.
In an epic two-night affair, viewers will finally learn the truth about George and his ex-wife Rose, with the soap shaking up its usual schedule to make room for the episodes.
EastEnders typically releases each day’s episode at 6am on BBC iPlayer before airing that evening, allowing busy fans to plan their daily soap fix.
However, these two episodes will be broadcast simultaneously at 7:30pm on BBC One and iPlayer, so all fans can watch the dramatic truth unfold.

She has enlisted Phil Mitchell’s help and he convinces Callum Highway to search the police database for information on George.
While Callum confirms that George’s criminal record is clean, he becomes concerned that he cannot find any information on his ex-wife Rose, and Phil confronts him.
Actor Colin Salmon previously spoke about the mystery surrounding George’s past, which will finally be revealed in the upcoming episodes.
He said, ‘Conflict is drama, and drama is our business. It’s complicated! Life is complex and there are so many things that can lead people astray.
“I like the idea of exploring that in drama because the catalyst doesn’t have to be something big.
“It could just be a misunderstanding. However, that’s how it is. Being misunderstood is a nightmare for an outright shooter like George.”

In the shocking scenes, Denise (Diane Parish), Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), Linda (Kellie Bright), Sharon (Letitia Dean), Stacey (Lacey Turner) and Suki (Balvinder Sopal) are seen around a corpse, but the identity of the corpse and the killer were kept secret.
Viewers will have to wait another six months to see exactly what unfolds in the Christmas Day episode, which will see every woman and man in their lives undergo dramatic storylines that will explain the drama of the night.
However, on Monday night’s show, Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota) tried to kill Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) after becoming increasingly enraged by his mother’s affair.
The Panesars gathered for Father’s Day when Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) did her best to keep up appearances with Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry).
However, Eve confronted her and urged her to stop living a lie.
Vinny was left furious upon seeing this happen and lashed out at his mother before threatening Eve.
He then went to Taylor’s Autos where he tampered with the brakes on the car Eve would soon be driving.
Vinny’s recent behavior has led many EastEnders fans to suspect that things may not end well for him.
Soap boss Chris Clenshaw has previously revealed plans for the epic whodunnit have been in the pipeline for over a year as he revealed tidbits of what’s to come from the six scorned women in the spotlight.
