Rob Kazinsky looked almost unrecognizable when he debuted his newly shaved head in a social media post.
The EastEnders heartthrob, 39, showed off his strikingly different new look after ditching his spiky brunette locks for a fully shaved head and beard.
Rob, best known for his role as Sean Slater in the BBC soap, took to Instagram last month to share a glimpse of his new look as he opened up about his fitness plans and called himself a fat b*****d .
On Wednesday, he shared another video to the social media site, again sporting a shaved head, as he continued to talk about his health and fitness goals.
In a lengthy caption, Rob talked about how he plans to get into “superhero shape” for a mysterious new job and promised to keep fans updated along the way.

He shared shirtless photos of himself and revealed his current weight before giving insight into his plans for his fitness journey, insisting he would do it “drug-free” while decrying “fake” miracle solutions.
Rob wrote: ‘So here we go. You’ll see quite a bit more activity in the coming months, and it’s the kind of activity and vanity that I firmly avoid.
#Fitness s**t. I’m going to try to avoid self-destructive shame and general autistic self-destruction as much as possible and not die of shame.
“Here is day one, my starting point. I weigh 220 pounds, I have 19.7 percent body fat.
‘I’ll be 40 in a few months and one thing I’ve learned is that it’s getting harder and harder to train and recover every day. I can’t do things the way I did in my twenties anymore, so what’s the plan?
“Well, I’ve got a great job ahead of me when the strikes end and I’ve decided to get in superhero shape, no drugs, no PEDs, no help, just a 40 year old fat bastard making do with what I have left in front of me .
“So we’ll start here while I figure this out. And we’ll be doing checks and updates and hopefully soon I’ll be able to tell you what it’s for.
‘I have the best boxing trainer in London in @lexual_healing_pt which will help me not only become the best boxer I can be but also in the best shape this sack of potatoes can get into, come visit him on @camdenboxing and get into the sport of champions.

“This is not an advertisement, they are not paying me, there are no recommendations here, I will not offer any. I’m just saying what I see and can’t wait to finally get back into the shape I was in back in the Kaiju fighting days.”
In a video shared this week, Rob told how he’d had a ‘tough few months’ starting his fitness journey, and criticized ‘fake’ people for pushing ‘miracle solutions’ online.
‘I’m turning 40 in a few months and all my life I’ve struggled with my weight, I love food, I’m just a big boy.
“I’ve never been able to get into the shape I want to get into, I’m not built like some of these other guys. The main reason I never have been is because I don’t do drugs or other fat burners or anything, even though I train five days a week.
“Most of the bodies you see on Instagram and say, ‘You could look like this, just do this one thing,’ they’re not natural. That is not the case. It is impossible to get into such a shape without help.
‘So I want to see how far I can go at 40, because I’ve never done these kinds of drugs before. What kind of body will I get if I do everything right for three to five to six months?
‘I’m going to tell you what I do, what I eat and what injuries I sustain along the way. So stay tuned, if that interests you, we’ll see what kind of trouble I get into.’
In an accompanying caption, he added: ‘Sorry for the lack of posts and updates, it’s been a tough few months since I started trying to get in shape, and I don’t know how to use the internet either.
“I don’t hire PR agencies or videographers or do it in a professional manner, I don’t get paid to post or push anything, I’m tired of fake fitness people pushing fake miracle solutions because they get kickbacks from who also.
“So from here on out I’ll post as I learn how to use the internet, and we’ll see if any of the mistakes I make help you avoid them.”

He returned briefly in 2019, in which a mental health storyline saw his character contemplate suicide.
An intervention from his mother saw Sean admit himself to a mental health facility, while he vowed to return in time to take his former stepdaughter Amy Mitchell to her late mother Roxy’s bar in Ibiza for her 18th birthday.
And he made another soap opera comeback in 2021, returning to EastEnders once again to help Stacey cope with her relationship with Eve Unwin, before making another appearance last year.
