EastEnders fans were left ‘in tears’ when Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) broke down in tears after rejecting her on-and-off lover Eve Unwin (Heather Pace).
Their relationship seems to have hit rock bottom as Suki pushed Eve away while trying to deal with her controlling husband Nish (Navin Chowdhry).
In Thursday’s episode, Nish and Suki’s Minute Mart was ransacked, with the couple strongly suspecting Phil Mitchell was behind it after a retaliation for his son Vinny’s (Shiv Jalota) looting of one of their chicken shops. .
Suki harshly reprimanded Nish for involving her son, but then cruelly told him that thanks to her, his other sons Jags (Amar Adatia) and Kheerat (Jaz Deol) were behind bars, and Jags was now dead.
Eve listened to Nish’s harsh words and then showed up at the Minute Mart to see if Suki was okay.

Eve asked, ‘Why are you letting him do this? It’s like she took the fire out of you. Everything you’ve achieved you did with one, you don’t need it.’
Suki told Eve that she wouldn’t understand before adding, “Maybe you don’t know me as well as you think.” I made a mistake once, that’s all.
Mentioning their romance, Eve said, “Every kiss, every touch, they were all mistakes, right?”
Suki cruelly replied, “You mean nothing to me,” and Eve said, “message received loud and clear,” before walking off.
It was when she was alone that Suki let out her true feelings and quickly broke down in tears.
Viewers took to Twitter to react to the heartbreaking scene, writing: ‘Suki crying. She loves Eve and is trying to protect her.
Another said, ‘Suki darling, I’m sobbing,’ while another said, ‘Suki to Eve, you mean nothing to me.’ We know that’s not what you mean, Suki.

Meanwhile, Nish’s dealings with Phil Mitchell show no signs of slowing down as he treats him and Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) to lunch, despite the looting.
He said: ‘Clearly we see things the same way, it can only be a good thing when it comes to business. I want to invite you to ours for lunch tomorrow, discuss things.’
‘No thanks,’ Phil replied to which Nish said: ‘I’ll leave you to think about yourself. I’m sure he’ll come to his senses soon.
