EastEnders fans are concerned about Kim and Howie’s relationship when Denzel reveals the truth about their crash

EastEnders fans are concerned about the future of Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) and Howie’s (Delroy Atkinson) relationship after Wednesday night’s episode.

The episode ended on a cliffhanger as Howie’s son Denzel (Jaden Ladega) regained consciousness in the hospital following his car accident with Kim, leaving him more seriously injured.

And despite Howie being under the impression that the accident was caused by a careless pedestrian, his son revealed that it was actually Kim’s fault for using a phone behind the wheel.

When the shocked dad found out the truth that his girlfriend has been keeping, fans are wondering if this breach of trust could be the end for the couple.

Elsewhere, things went from bad to worse for Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) when he was arrested after months of police investigation into his criminal past.

Kim and Denzel were involved in a car accident during Monday night’s episode, with the former driving the vehicle.

Moments before the accident, Kim discovered the extent of Denise and Ravi’s affair by reading her sister’s phone while driving.

When messages started appearing on Denise’s phone, which Kim accidentally had, it became clear that her sister had been cheating on husband Jack Branning (Scott Maslen).

Keeping her eyes on the phone rather than the car led to the crash and left Denzel, who was in the passenger seat, fighting for his life.

After the accident, Kim’s friend Howie was under the impression that the accident was actually caused by a careless pedestrian – and Kim couldn’t tell him the truth.

But it all came out anyway when Denzel woke up and told his dad that Kim looked at her phone while driving, leaving Howie shocked.

And many fans were concerned about the relationship when the shock was revealed and took to Twitter to discuss.

One viewer wondered, “OMG Howie know and the fact that Kim didn’t immediately announce that the relationship may be over?”

Denzel was absolutely right. He only told the truth when Kim was on the phone while driving; she was reading the lyrics. It wouldn’t be right to blame the pedestrian for the accident, that’s a bit stupid!’ added one more.

As a third wrote, “So glad Denzel remembered what happened and brought Kim to his dad!”

While Howie stayed with his son in the hospital, Kim was unhappy with her sister after discovering the affair and causing the crash.

Ravi blackmailed Denise into helping him get out of the current police investigation against him, threatening to expose their affair to her husband Jack.

While he has also feminized her daughter Chelsea in an attempt to trigger Denise, hoping to get out of his legal drama unscathed.

But after facing the heat from her sister Kim, Denise decided to take action and play a part in putting Ravi behind bars.

The episode seemed successful and saw the police arrive at Ravi’s workplace and arrest him, much to Denise’s delight.
