And in a MailOnline exclusive first look of upcoming scenes, the former ‘Allo ‘Allo! actress, 72, makes an explosive debut as Brian Conley’s on-screen wife Jo Cotton.
With taunts on the divorce papers and a message from ‘his boy’ Jasper, the soap’s new character is sure to bring an extra dose of drama to the show.
Rocky Cotton (played by Brian, 61) is shocked when his estranged wife Jo returns unwelcome to Albert Square.
Her character Jo married Rocky more than 25 years ago, but her arrival could spell trouble for the car dealer, who is currently engaged to Kathy Beale.

Now that the truth about his marital status will be revealed, viewers of the soap will have to wait and see how Rocky handles her return.
Vicki, who is best known for her role as Yvette Carte-Blanche in the BBC series ‘Allo! ‘Allo!, used to be first pictured in Albert Squarewhen she joined the cast of EastEnders in February.
The actress, who is best known for her role as Yvette Carte-Blanche in the BBC series ‘Allo! ‘Allo!, began filming at the beginning of the year.
Upon joining the show, Vicki said, ‘I’m so excited to be in EastEnders and everyone has been so nice.
Jo Cotton is a great character and it’s such a great story. I can’t wait for the public to meet her.’

“Vicki is perfectly suited to take on the elusive nature of Rocky’s wife, whom we know very little about.

EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One and from 6am on BBC iPlayer.
