Magnitude 4.5 earthquake strikes regional mining town in NSW
A magnitude 4.5 earthquake has been recorded north-east of Broken Hill in NSW.
The earthquake was detected at a depth of 10 kilometers on Saturday at 2:50 PM local time.
Broken Hill is an inland mining town near the NSW-South Australia border with a population of approximately 17,000.
