Lesley died of hypothermia in 2010 after a fall at the age of 55, a year after dating his now fiancée Debbie.
In 2019, The Daily Mirror revealed that Charlie had to say goodbye to Lesley before she died because ‘it became too dangerous to be with her’.
In June it was revealed that the actor is still being chased for thousands of pounds after his posh deli went bust – and could now be taken to court.
Official documents reveal that legal action is being prepared against the actor to recover the money owed.
The Soap star opened Prestbury’s Farm Shop in Cheshire with Debbie in 2010 and could often be seen behind the counter serving artisan cheese, meat and game.

And a report filed this month shows the company liquidating it is struggling to get paid.
The document shows: ‘During the period of this report, no further funds were received for the payment of the liquidation costs.

An earlier report found cash was owed to a turkey farm, wine suppliers, an energy company and companies as far away as France.
The Northern Ireland-born actor has had financial problems before.
In 2001 he had to declare himself bankrupt, owing almost £200,000 to the tax authorities and financial institutions.
