Eagle-eyed fans notice humiliating blunder in Skye Wheatley’s TikTok… so did you spot it?

Skye Wheatley is no stranger to creating video content in her Gold Coast mansion.

But the 29-year-old influencer failed to avoid a humiliating gaffe in a recent TikTok, featuring an unwanted cameo from her partner Lachlan Waugh.

In a since-deleted video, eagle-eyed fans saw Waugh sitting on the toilet in the background as Whatley addressed the camera with a protein shaker in hand.

Behind her, Waugh was sitting on the toilet with his pants around his ankles.

“Just laughing in the toilet in the background poor man,” one fan wrote.

The shocking blunder comes after Skye became the latest celebrity to be targeted by a sophisticated online scam.

She was saddened when she found out that a scam artist was posing as her management company.

In an attempt to get money, the impersonator emailed brands Skye had worked with asking for payment.

Skye explained the crazy situation on Instagram saying “I had a brand message on one of my TikTok’s and she said ‘Reply my DM'” she had sent me a screenshot of an email apparently from my management -e-mail .

“Which didn’t happen, and they asked for payment,” she added.

The influencer then shared a screenshot of the email, which outlined five payment methods, including cryptocurrency.

Other giveaways from the scam email were that Skye would video call after payment, while the influencer confirmed that she would always call ahead of time.

The email was also signed by ‘management’ with no name.

“If you emailed me to work with me, I would never ask for payment unless I sent content for approval,” Skye continued.

“It says payment via crypto, like what the actual f**k, I’ve never done crypto before,” she ranted.

“The funniest part is it says Sincerely, no, I sign off Sincerely and it’s my personal manager, that’s my mom.

“I don’t want anyone to be scammed, I can’t get over how many scams are going on, I don’t know how this is happening but it’s not me and it’s not my management,” added Skye.

“Don’t make a payment to anyone unless you’re sure it’s 100 percent legitimate.”

The mother-of-two added that her partner Lachlan Waugh was recently scammed for a large sum of money (both pictured with their children Forest and Bear)

“There’s so much dodgy shit online, Lachy just got scammed $500 because he was looking at a golf cart on the Facebook marketplace and some dude scammed him out of his money,” she said.

“Unless you’re seeing something personal, I’d avoid wire transfers of any kind.

“Be so careful with your money, the scammers are getting smarter.”
