As in years past, Dick Clark’s upcoming New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest will treat audiences to a star-studded lineup before the clock strikes midnight.
On Thursday, ABC and Dick Clark Productions announced that Duran Duran, New Edition, BTS member J-Hope and Jax will help soundtrack in 2023, according to Eastern Time.
As expected, Seacrest will headline the festivities in New York City’s Times Square, while Liza Koshy and Jessie James Decker will co-host the celebrations.

Newly inaugurated Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Duran Duran will take the stage to perform a medley of their many hits dating back to their self-titled debut album in 1981.
Among the many hits by British New Wave icons over the decades: Hungry Like The Wolf, Girls On Film, The Reflex, Wild Boys, Planet Earth, Rio, Save A Prayer, A View To A Kill, Come Undone and Ordinary World.
Duran Duran is expected to hit the New York stage just before midnight and continue through New Years which is 2023.

Legendary R&B-pop group New Edition is also expected to deliver many of the hits from their catalog of songs, beginning with the classic single from their 1983 debut, Candy Girl.
Some of his other feel-good hits include tracks like Rub You The Right Way, Mr. Telephone Man, Cool It Now, Is This The End, Jealous Girl, and Lost In Love.
If New Edition follows its usual trend, fans can also expect to hear Bobby Brown’s solo hit My Prerogative and Johnny Gill’s solo hit Rub You the Right Way.
Taking inspiration from The Jackson 5, New Edition is considered one of the original boy bands that helped set the template for groups that followed, such as New Kinds On The Block, Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, and Boyz II Men, to name a few.
New Edition has sold more than 20 million records during its career.

BTS star J-Hope (born Jung Ho-seok) will bring his brand of pop music to the stage consisting of his solo hits ‘=’ (Equal Sign), Chicken Noodle Soup, and fan-favorite Butter (Holiday). Remix).
Additionally, viral singer-songwriter and TikTok sensation Jax (born Jackie Miskanic) is expected to sing her pop hits Victoria’s Secret and 90s Kids.
The New Year’s show also extends to Puerto Rico for the Spanish-language countdown with actress and singer Roselyn Sánchez co-hosting. Puerto Rican singer and rapper Farruko will help ring in the new year as a headliner on the grounds of the Puerto Rico Convention Center in DISTRITO T-Mobile.

And for the first time, the special is expanding to Disneyland in Anaheim, California, where Ciara will serve as host and performer. Just down the street in Los Angeles, DJ D-Nice will co-host, welcoming Wiz Khalifa, FINNEAS, Armani White, Betty Who, Dove Cameron and Nicky Youre to the stage.
Additionally, Billy Porter will return as a live co-host from New Orleans, where he will also perform a medley of songs.
The upcoming 2023 celebration will be the 18th time Seacrest has hosted the New Year’s Eve event.
