Reigning Scottish champions Celtic beat Dundee 3-0 on Boxing Day to grab a crucial three points ahead of next week's Old Firm derby against bitter rivals Rangers.

Paulo Bernardo scored early in the second half to give Celtic an important opener, before Mikey Johnston struck twice late in the 83rd and 91st minutes to confirm all three points for the traveling side.

Celtic now have a five-point lead over Rangers ahead of Saturday's battle between the title favorites, although Philippe Clement's side are hot on their heels with two games remaining.
