Drunk driver Jamie Lee Komoroski who killed bride minutes after she tied the knot is now planning her OWN wedding from prison…despite facing 25 years behind bars

A drunk driver who mowed down a bride minutes after tying the knot is now planning her own wedding as she faces the prospect of 25 years behind bars.

Jamie Lee Komoroski, 25, has been charged with four counts in connection with the crash that killed Samantha Hutchinson, 34, in Folly Beach, South Carolina on April 28.

She was said to be three times over the legal drink-driving limit when she got behind the wheel of the Toyota Camry. Komoroski has been held at the Al Cannon Detention Center after a judge denied her bond after deeming her a flight risk.

But now it has emerged that the accused liquor driver has been talking about her own wedding… even though she has to wait until at least 2048 before she can get married.

β€œI want you to be at my wedding,” Komoroski said to her father, Charles, in audio recordings released to police by the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO). New York Post.

It is understood that Komoroski is still dating her boyfriend Evan Tatro, with the two continuing their relationship over the phone.

During a phone conversation with him, she praised him for picking her mother up from the airport.

β€œIt means a lot to me,” she told him during a phone call.

“I can’t wait to get a hug from you, oh my god, you better wear a raincoat,” she said, referring to how often she expects she will cry.

She also talked about her friendship with another inmate named Tanner, describing their Monopoly games and watching “The Vampire Diaries.”

Hutchinson was killed when Komoroski crashed into a golf cart she was riding with her new husband Aric.

Aric filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Komoroski, seeking unspecified damages from the driver and the bars that served her.

In his case, filed in Charleston, he alleged that Komoroski “jumped on a bar” before getting behind the wheel.

He is also suing the five bars she is accused of visiting, claiming they served Komoroski alcohol even though she was visibly drunk.

Komoroski’s blood alcohol content was 0.261 – more than three times the limit – and she was uncooperative with authorities when she was arrested.

She admitted that she had two drinks an hour before the crash: a beer and a tequila-pineapple cocktail.
