Drug dealer calls 911 to complain to police that someone stole $10 from him while he was selling marijuana – and is immediately arrested

A Florida drug dealer who was illegally selling marijuana may have had a high supply when he called police to complain that a customer stole $10 from him.
Eric Thomas, 33, showed a touching faith in law enforcement when he “called the police about a theft” in Largo, near Tampa Bay, on Friday.
“When police contacted him, he stated that he was selling marijuana, and that someone stole $10 from him while he was trying to sell it,” officers noted.
Unfortunately for the offended victim, they had to inform him that the sale of marijuana is illegal in the Sunshine State, as is possession of the two packages of cocaine they found in his wallet.
“The defendant had 11 baggies in his pocket as he walked toward the officers,” his arrest affidavit stated.

Martin Gonzalez-Garcia and his girlfriend Ashializ Roldan-Oscacio called police in Kissimmee, Florida to ask for their help moving stolen belongings from a squatted house
“He was arrested and during a search of his home two small bags containing a white powdery substance that tested positive for cocaine were found in his wallet.”
Earlier this year, two clumsy burglars were arrested after one of them called 911 to ask Florida police to help them move stolen property from a home they had broken into.
Police arrived at a home in Kissimmee and found Martin Gonzalez-Garcia and his girlfriend Ashializ Roldan-Oscacio who they had been looking for after thefts at a nearby Dollar store.
Roldan-Oscacio told them she needed their help moving their belongings from the squatted building and asked if they could get a ride to the airport so they could spend the weekend in New York, the sheriff’s office said.
“Officers helped them with their belongings and DID give them a ride, but it wasn’t to the airport… it was to the Polk Pokey,” the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post.
‘And they are welcome there all weekend. The Polk Pokey is way better than New York anyway.”
Last August, Georgia murder suspect Antoine Sims was arrested after calling police about a Kennesaw McDonalds manager he accused of serving cold fries.
Sims, 24, of Lawrenceville was wearing an ankle monitor at the time and had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court for a 2018 homicide.

“We tried to order the small box, but he said that didn’t work,” Sims complained to police.
“We ordered the food, but he couldn’t print the receipt.”
“So I think our order was called in, but we don’t even know our order number, so now our food is sitting there cold.”
Thomas was already facing drug charges after he emptied seven Ziploc bags containing marijuana into a clear plastic container during a court security checkpoint.
He is now in the Pinellas County Jail on a $7,000 bond, charged with possession of cocaine with intent and possession of marijuana.
