Bli Bli road rage attack: Wild moment barefoot tradie beats his opponent with a spirit level in front of horrified school children
Terrifying footage has emerged of the moment a tradie hit a man with a spirit level during a wild road rage attack in front of schoolchildren.
The road rage incident was captured by startled students on a school bus in Bli Bli, on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, on April 19.
Footage circulating on social media showed a man getting into his car before grabbing the spirit level and chasing a man.
The tradie was seen running barefoot as a nearby driver tried to intervene, but his pleas went unheard as the tradie neared his target.
A man wearing a colorful T-shirt ran around a parked car and tried to outrun his attacker before tripping and falling to the ground.

The enraged tradie then raised the spirit level above his head before crashing it down on the fallen man.
He punched him several times before local residents intervened.
The students on the bus began to scream in horror at what they had just witnessed as they drove home from school.
One child was heard repeatedly saying, “I’m scared.”
The video was shared on Instagram with the caption: ‘Road Rage in Bli Bli this afternoon!! Some guy’s getting a good beating with a spirit level.’
Social media users were disgusted by the behavior on display.
The man used the spirit level as a weapon and knocked the other man to the ground
“That’s horrible,” one person wrote.
“I hope the children who were scared and upset get the support they need,” said another.
Queensland Police are investigating the incident.
No charges have been laid at this stage.
