Drew Barrymore left ‘sex list’ at Danny DeVito’s house! Talk show host CRINGES while recalling embarrassing X-rated blunder

Drew Barrymore came clean about a dirty X-rated blunder from yesteryear that made her sex life almost visible and readable to everyone.

During Wednesday’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, the host and her guests used a news article as a talking point to discuss a trend where millennial women are keeping lists of the people they’ve had sex with on their phones.

Of the five, only Barrymore raised her hand to indicate that she had indeed made a sex list, which coincidentally was just over twenty years ago when she co-starred with Ben Stiller in the black comedy Duplex (2003), which she also produced .

“I made a list and it was back in the day,” she told the group that included CBS Mornings cohort Ross Matthews and Tony Dokoupil, Nate Burleson and Vladimir Duthiers. ‘I did it with paper and pen. I am the most disorganized person, I lose everything. I left it at someone’s house.’

“I was a producer on a movie that Danny DeVito was directing, so I wrote the list on the back of a set of notes for the movie,” she admitted, before adding, “So I left it at Danny DeVito’s house.”

Drew Barrymore, 49, came clean and admitted she had made lists of the people she had had sex with, but revealed she lost the list during a meeting with the director of a film she was producing

During Wednesday’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, the host confessed that she lost her sex list at Danny DeVito’s house while they were working on the 2002 black comedy Duplex.

“Some lists have the names in chronological order, while someone who is more chaotic has nicknames to remember who they were,” Burleson, 42, explained of the reported trend on the sex list.

He added: ‘Dating experts say these lists can offer much more than naysayers might think.’

“So when you look back and see who you did or didn’t sleep with, you can tell a lot about what was going on in your life at that time,” the journalist said in the run-up to the conversation.

As all four people on set not named Drew Barrymore sat on the edge of their seats waiting to hear how this all turned out, the host said she finally admitted the accident to DeVito.

“He came on the show and I was like, ‘I left my sex list at your house,’” the Batman Forever actress said as she laughed out loud with her face in the palm of her hand.

When asked if she had shared any potentially embarrassing and juicy details on her list, Barrymore shook her head “no” as she revealed a shy side of her personality.

“No, they were names,” she revealed before clarifying, “Full names,” she said, looking a little mischievous with a sly grin and a finger on her lips.

She made a point to reveal, “This was the early 2000s and we were still working on flip phones, so there were no seizures then.”

Of the five on the news desk, only Barrymore raised her hand to indicate that she had indeed made a sex list, which coincidentally was just over twenty years ago when she co-starred with Ben Stiller in the black comedy Duplex (2003).

Vladimir Duthiers, 54, and Nate Burleson, 42, were stunned when the host revealed she made her sex list but lost it while at Danny DeVito’s house in 2002.

It turns out she had nothing to worry about after DeVito, who also told Duplex, joked about the mistake during his appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show in September 2022.

After being asked if the former Taxi and Cheer actor ever found her list at his house, DeVito, 79, joked, “Actually, I was going to talk to you about this. Some of the names on that… I made a copy of it, and it will be in my autobiography.”

After laughing at her expense, the Twins star told her the real story: “No, I never came across it,” he finally admitted. ‘I’ve never seen it. Your secret is safe with me.”

In the Independent article, many women admitted that they keep a sex list of the people they have been intimate with.

“No, they were names,” she revealed, before clarifying: “Full names,” she said, looking a little mischievous and a little embarrassed

Barrymore says she admitted her unhappiness to DeVito, and at first he joked about making it public, but then put her at ease by telling her he never found her sex list.

“It’s a reminder of my past mistakes and my recent glow,” one woman shared, while another does it to “track and remember funny stories and important lessons.”

It turned out that many ladies kept a list ‘as an exercise in self-development’ to gauge how far they have come in their lives.

Keeping a list can actually be a practical exercise, serving as a reminder of one’s self-worth by identifying low moments and unhelpful patterns that some relationship experts claim.

‘This allows you to see any trends that are emerging,’ claims dating coach James Preece.
