Dramatic moment panicked Nick Jonas runs off stage while making a ‘time out’ sign after a ‘laser is pointed at him’ mid-show in Prague

The Jonas Brothers have traveled far and wide as part of their world tour, but their most recent show took a dramatic turn.

Nick Jonas left the stage midway through the show in Prague on Tuesday after an audience member reportedly pointed a laser at him.

The singer appeared extremely panicked after spotting the laser in a video shared by a fan, running off stage while making a ‘time out’ sign with his hands.

His brothers Joe and Kevin remained on stage before they too left, soon followed by the entire band.

Fans attending the show in the Czech Republic claimed the show was halted for several minutes after the laser incident before the band took the stage again.

The video begins with Nick sitting on a chair on stage prior to a song, before abruptly standing up.

He appears to be looking at the guards as he rushes to the stairs to get off the stage.

As he runs away, he repeatedly makes a ‘time out’ sign with his hands before picking up speed and running out of sight.

None of the band members have discussed the issue or mentioned it on social media.

Fans took to social media to share their concerns about the band after the video was widely shared.

Fans wrote on X, formerly Twitter: ‘That’s scary! Safety must always come first. It’s disturbing that someone would do that at a concert. I’m glad Nick took precautions and I hope security handles it quickly’;

According to Joe, the brother’s musical career was inevitable because they grew up with musically gifted parents (pictured in Milan last month)

“Music was always something that was around us,” Joe said in an interview in February. ‘Our father plays almost everything. He’s always singing. So it’s very natural for us to pick up an instrument and start writing songs together,” he added.

While working under their original management, the Jonas Brothers released four studio albums and appeared on the Camp Rock Series.

In 2013, the band split due to ‘creative differences’ and a ‘deep rift within the band’, leading the members to pursue solo careers.

The brothers made amends in 2019, surprising fans with the release of new music after growing individually during their absence.

Joe, Nick and Kevin were honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2023.
