Keith Melvin Moses, 19, is in custody after he allegedly shot multiple people on Wednesday, killing three of them, including a local journalist covering the original shooting he is accused of, and a nine-year-old girl.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office posted a video of Moses’ arrest showing officers handcuffing Moses as he screams that he can’t breathe and yells, ‘They’re killing me!’

Moses is charged with first-degree murder in the initial shooting that killed 38-year-old Nathacha Augustin that morning and authorities said “numerous other charges” will follow.

The arrest this Wednesday occurred after the shooting that began early in the morning and ended with three dead and two injured.

The posted video shows the moment the agents put an end to their rampage. ‘Get in your face!’ Deputies are heard shouting. ‘Let me go!’ Moses yells back. They are killing me! Let me go!’

The officers handcuffed him and could later be seen cutting Moses’ jeans and confiscating a Glock semi-automatic handgun that “was still hot to the touch, which means it had just been fired and there were no more rounds.”

Orange County Sheriff John Mina characterized Wednesday’s shootings as random acts of violence.

Moses complained that he was injured and was taken to a hospital where he attacked medical staff, Mina said. She has since refused to speak to detectives.

The shooting unfolded earlier that morning and police responded to the Pine Hills area just northwest of Orlando around 11 a.m. following reports that a woman had been shot.

That woman, identified as 38-year-old Nathacha Augustin, died at the scene after being shot in the left side of the chin, according to the arrest warrant.

About five hours later, 911 calls began coming in from the same area, the sheriff said.

Spectrum News 13 reporter Dylan Lyons and photographer Jesse Walden were in an unmarked news vehicle Wednesday afternoon covering the first homicide when a man approached them and shot them.

Lyons died and Walden was rushed to the hospital where he is being treated.

The shooter then went to a nearby home where he fatally shot 9-year-old T’yonna Major, critically wounding the girl’s mother.

Moses was taken to hospital after his arrest and the motive for the killings is still unclear.

After complaining that he couldn’t breathe, he started “fighting with hospital staff” and had to be restrained.

Once in police custody, Moses ‘pretended to be asleep’ to try to evade his interview.

He remains in custody, but refuses to speak to detectives.

‘Moses does not speak to us. We are unable to determine a motive at this time.

Moses smiled and smiled as he was led away in handcuffs after being arrested in connection with the three murders in Orlando, Florida.

It is unclear why he shot the first victim, why he targeted people in the media, and it is unclear why he shot a nine-year-old girl and her mother.

‘We’d like to answer this for our community: why did you do this? Why did you shoot these people?

His firearm was empty, thankfully. I’m not sure if he would have continued to shoot people in that community,” Sheriff Mina said.

It is not clear how he obtained the weapon.
