Drama for Mitchell Starc and Alyssa Healy as they try to sell $9million Sydney home and move into huge $24.5million mansion with a 13-CAR garage
- Cricket stars are struggling to sell their home on Sydney's northern beaches
- The asking price for the North Curl Curl home is $9 million
- The couple also reportedly purchased a mansion for $24.5 million
Australian sporting couple Mitchell Starc and Alyssa Healy have encountered unexpected drama as they look to sell their spectacular home on Sydney's northern beaches.
Starc, 33, and Healy, also 33, have lived in North Curl Curl for the past few years, in the original architect-designed house built by model Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall.
The house was supposed to be auctioned at the end of November, but the real estate listing is no longer online.
It is understood negotiations are ongoing with an interested party, with a target price of $9 million.
The couple want the sale to be completed as quickly as possible as they are believed to be buying a just-completed Californian-style estate in Terrey Hills – also on Sydney's northern beaches – for a staggering $24.5 million.

'Charlotte Park' features a pool, tennis court, two-story house with dramatic stone fireplaces, American-style barn, wine cellar and enough space for 13 cars
According to the Australian Financial Statement, the cricket stars – who married in 2016 – have registered their interest in the 1.8 hectare Charlotte Park estate.
The property features world-class equestrian facilities, a swimming pool, tennis court, a two-story house with dramatic stone fireplaces, an American-style barn, a wine cellar and enough space for 13 cars.
Built on the site of a former Italianate garden, Charlotte Park was designed and built by Cadence & Co, who took two years to complete the ranch-style home.
Other famous residents of Terrey Hills and the surrounding area include former NSW Blues Origin coach Brad Fittler and Sydney Swans co-captain Callum Mills.
It comes as Healy is expected to be announced as Meg Lanning's replacement as Australian cricket women's captain and Starc recently won the ODI World Cup in India.
He will also be a key figure in the upcoming Test series against Pakistan – as his wife continues to recover following surgery on her hand following a 'domestic accident at home' in October involving the couple's dog.
