Honey Boo Boo star Alana Thompson’s boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, was arrested Tuesday in Georgia.

The high school graduate was pulled over for suspected DUI, which is driving under the influence, along with running from police and having outstanding warrants for his arrest.

His girlfriend of 17 years, Alana, was in the car with him when he was chased by police cars, TMZ claimed Thursday. She was not arrested and was later picked up at the police station by her older sister, Pumpkin, who is her guardian.

Carswell, 21, was handcuffed when he was taken to Monroe County, the site claimed.

It was added that Dralin had marijuana on him at the time of the arrest.

Alana and Dralin have been dating for over a year.

The trouble started when the police checked the tags on his Dodge Charger.

Police discovered that Dralin was the owner of the car and the license plates indicated that he had outstanding warrants out of Wilkinson County.

Monroe County Lt. John Thompson told the site that one of his officers tried to stop Dralin at a “traffic stop” to investigate the situation with the warrants.

But he didn’t stop, prompting a police chase.

The alleged victim was not Alana, and the incident appears to have occurred before they began their relationship, the publication notes.

The alleged victim was taken to the police department by her mother, who claimed that Dralin, then 18, climbed into her daughter’s window and had sex with the then-15-year-old, according to The Sun, citing the police report.

The officer wrote in the report that they interviewed the minor.

Dralin then allegedly told police that the girl “was his girlfriend and they had talked about him coming over to her house…but he didn’t actually go over to the house,” according to the site.

Dralin claimed to police that he had been at his friend’s house all day and night.

But, when the friends Dralin claimed he was with were interviewed by police, two of them told investigators that they dropped Dralin off at the 15-year-old’s home and picked him up more than an hour later, The Sun reports.

The friends then allegedly informed police that when they picked him up, Dralin “was scared and told them to drive fast” since the boy’s “mom had trapped him inside the house.”

Dralin was initially charged with statutory statutory rape, but “eventually completed a pre-trial diversion program which resulted in the dismissal of a claim for making a false statement to police,” according to The Sun.

Dralin met all the requirements and his case was dismissed on December 13, 2021, The Sun reports.
