Drake likes an Instagram post featuring a video of Rick Ross getting ATTACKED after playing Kendrick Lamar’s diss track Not Like Us
Drake subtly criticized Rick Ross over the weekend after the rapper was attacked in Canada for playing Kendrick Lamar’s diss track Not Like Us.
The 48-year-old rapper was performing at the Ignite Music Festival in Vancouver, Canada, when he decided to close his set with Not Like Us, a diss track aimed at Drake.
He got into a heated argument with a man who eventually hit him on the head, after which a brief fight ensued.
Toronto Instagram blogger Keep6ixSolid noted that Drake liked the video, though the rapper has not made anything public.
Ross seemed unfazed by the attack and said TMZ Monday that no one on his team had been seriously injured.

A spokesperson for Ross told the outlet: “Vancouver is a beautiful city and he can’t wait to get back.”
Ross did not acknowledge the brawl on social media, but did share a snap of himself in front of his private jet on Monday.
“Vancouver, it was fun. See you next time,” he said in the caption of his Instagram story post,
Aside from his positive review of a social media post, some believe Drake may have subtly criticized Ross in a new Instagram post.
Monday is Canada Day, a federal holiday celebrating the Canadian Confederation, which began on July 1, 1867.
On Monday, Drake posted a message on Instagram wearing a Toronto Raptors T-shirt, wishing his 146 million Instagram followers a happy Canada Day.
However, when he said, “Happy Canada Day to everyone,” he started laughing for some reason.
Some suspected he was laughing because Ross was attacked in his home country on the eve of Canada Day.
Ross did not acknowledge the brawl on social media, though he did share a photo of himself in front of his private jet on Monday
Los Angeles’ Drake and Kendrick Lamar have been embroiled in a heated feud for over a decade.
Kendrick previously opened for Drake, but he dissed Drake and other rappers on Big Sean’s 2013 song Control.
Kendrick insisted it was just “friendly competition” and both Drake and Kendrick have downplayed reports of a feud between them over the years.
That all changed in March 2024 when Drake released First Person Shooter with J. Cole, in which he referred to himself, Cole, and Kendrick as the “big three” — the three best rappers at the time.
Kendrick responded with his own song “Like That,” featuring Metro Boomin and Future, in which he rapped, “motherf**k the big three, n***a, it’s just big me.”
A slew of diss tracks from both sides, including Not Like Us, in which Kendrick accuses Drake of being a pedophile.
Lamar made headlines last month during a Juneteenth concert, where he joined members of the Bloods and Crips gangs on stage and performed “Not Like Us” five times in a row.
