The entirety of the Dragon Age franchise is nothing short of amazing, but The Veil Guard is by far the most accessible to newcomers, thanks to its streamlined progression and engaging combat systems. However, if you’re just here for the story, there are plenty of sliders to bring the difficulty down. Even if you know nothing about how Bioware’s fantasy world works, The Veil Guard does a spectacular job of providing information about the different places, factions and events to keep you informed.
