The TV regular left fans in disbelief about his real age as he celebrated his milestone 70th birthday with some on-screen fun.
Dr. Hilary’s GMB colleagues Richard Madeley, Susanna Reid and Richard Arnold all paid tribute to him.
The program also looked at Dr. Hilary’s first TV appearance 30 years ago, alongside Lorraine Kelly, before showing a montage of clips from his entire TV career.
The TV stalwart credited his impressively youthful looks to “makeup and exercise” while he was showered with praise from his co-stars.

As Richard Arnold announced it was Dr. Hilary’s 70th, Richard Madeley joked, “I don’t believe it!”
Susanna admitted, “I want what he’s got,” to which Dr. Hilary joked, “Makeup is great these days, isn’t it?” Hides all the wrinkles and everything.”
Dr. Hilary insisted he feels ‘fantastic’ and has no plans to slow down, saying, ‘I’m looking forward to running my next marathon. Ninety-eight is the oldest man to run a marathon, so there’s still life in the old dog.”
“You don’t look like 70, mate,” anchor Richard said, as Dr. Hilary insisted, “It’s makeup and exercise.”
Viewers took to social media and agreed with the Doctor’s co-stars, with one tweeting, “He doesn’t look a day over 40!” Still as handsome as ever.’
