The fiancée of Dr. Charlie Teo has taken to Instagram to outrage the Australian public and the media, following her boyfriend’s tense round of media interviews about his controversial practices.
Traci Griffiths, 47 – a model, vegan activist, athlete and Reiki practitioner for animals and humans – came to the rescue of the neurosurgeon in a furious Instagram post.
dr. Teo, 64 — who has built a reputation for performing surgeries when other doctors wouldn’t — was put to the test last week by A Current Affair presenter Tracy Grimshaw over claims he charged extraordinary sums of money for eventually useless operations.
The highly regarded brain surgeon has been unable to operate in Australia for the past 15 months without written approval from a fellow physician due to restrictions imposed on him by the NSW Medical Council.
‘I am so proud of this extraordinary person!’ Traci wrote in a recent Instagram post. “He shouldn’t be spending his time and energy constantly disproving all this media BS!”
The model added the hashtag ‘#ShameonyouAustralia’.

Mrs Griffiths continued to Dr. Teo, saying she was “so proud” of him and that the public had forgotten “all the amazing work he’s done” after performing 11,000 surgeries.
‘I don’t understand how he stays so strong! It’s so sad that he is in this position in the first place!
“It’s like they’re all pointing a loaded gun at him, waiting for him to slip, but the truth will set him free.”
The designer was rumored to be engaged to the world-famous surgeon for the first time after she was spotted wearing a ring on her finger last year.
dr. Teo denied the speculation, claiming the couple had made no plans to tie the knot. Traci has stated otherwise by uploading photos of herself with the brain surgeon tagged “#ilovemyfiance” and “#myfiance.”
Traci has lived a colorful life as a one-time model, pet clothing designer and animal activist promoting health and wellness on her social media pages.

Ms Griffiths regularly shares photos and videos of herself in yoga-style ultra-athletic poses, showing off her muscles
Mrs. Griffiths practices Reiki – a Japanese form of energetic healing – for both humans and pets.
She is a vegan activist in her spare time, protesting greyhound racing and animal eating.
“Animals have no voice,” she captioned a recent photo of Dr Teo feeding a goat.
She recently started an Instagram page dedicated to her fitness exploits.
In videos posted to the platform, Ms. Griffiths regularly shares photos and videos of herself in yoga-style ultra-athletic poses and showing off her muscles.
In one clip she shows off her upper back muscles by lifting dumbbell plates over her head, while in another video she does a “wheel pose” by arching her back with the support of her arms and lifting her legs in the air.

In 2007, she starred as a bikini model cuddling up with American rapper Snoop Dogg for an MTV Australia ad campaign.
The ‘Welcome Snoop’ campaign centered around the famous rapper who might be moving to Down Under.
It would lead to Snoop appearing at the MTV Australia music video awards in April.
Traci can be seen in a clip featuring a glamorous brunette on a boat cruising through Sydney Harbor and lounging with the hip-hop megastar.
The Welcome Snoop campaign fell apart after the rapper was banned from entering Australia due to his previous criminal convictions. The ban was lifted the following year and he was granted a visa.
