That’s why we’ve rounded up the best deals and pre-order benefits of the week for games, entertainment and toys. That way you don’t miss out on limited-time offers before they expire or sell out.

As well as showcasing some notable discounts and deals from the past week, we’re serving up some of the best-selling products on Polygon for those who like that sort of thing, plus brand new deals not yet on the site that we think might be yours. are worthy of attention. This week’s best gaming deals

At GameStop, you’ve got until Saturday night, April 22nd, to get an unusually good deal on a range of new games – buy one, get one free. The list includes gems like Elder ring, Octopath Traveler 2, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD, and more. After you add two of these games to your cart, you get the lower value game for free.

A quick note is that sales are limited to certain versions of these games. Just to name one of many examples, only the PS4 version of Elder ring (which has a free PS5 upgrade) has been looped through. Check out our post on GameStop’s buy one get one free sale for more information.

The PlayStation 5 console is currently $50 off, and that’s for the rest of the month. You can get the disc version of the PS5 with it God of War Ragnarok for $50 less than it usually costs. It costs $509.99 at various retailers instead of $559.99, so it’s like getting the 2022 hit game for just $10.

Here’s another reminder to pre-order The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom if you want it on release day, Friday, May 12. Several retailers offer pre-orders along with exclusive freebie bonuses if you place an order with any retailer (including outside the US).

If you can’t get enough of it The last of us in your life, The last of us part 2 for PS4 (with a PS5 patch that enables 60 frames per second and enhanced graphics) is $9.99 (usually $39.99) through the PlayStation store through April 27. Bit of a warning, though, that if you thought the first game’s ending was bleak (the HBO show’s season ending similarly wrapped), strap yourself in.

This week’s best entertainment deals

To coincide with Apple’s launch of The last thing he told me starring Jennifer Garner, it issues two free months of its streaming service. The voucher is valid for new and “qualified” returning subscribers, although it’s not clear who can’t use it. With two months free on your account, you can catch up on a variety of shows, including Ted Lasso, Dismissal, Pachinko, and much more. This code expires on June 2.

Whether you plan to see The Super Mario Bros. movie in cinemas (or maybe you already have), the physical version of the film is already available for pre-order. Rumors point to a June 6 release date, but we’re not sure yet. This $30 bundle includes a 4K Blu-ray, a 1080p Blu-ray, and a digital copy of the movie.

Featured in Chris Plante’s Roundup of the Best Blu-ray Releases in April, Cowboy Bebop‘s limited edition Blu-ray set is a great gift for fans of the anime series. Better yet, it’s cheaper than usual at both Amazon and Crunchyroll. Normally around $80, you can pick it up at either store for $63.99. The set contains five discs packed with special features.

Peacock has built up a nice catalog of shows and movies over the past year. There’s a special deal to take advantage of if you want to save some cash while watching the Rian Johnson-directed Poker face starring Natasha Lyonne or the promising new show Mrs. Davis starring Betty Gilpin, and with some episodes written by Tara Hernandez and Damon Lindelof. The usual price is $77.99, but you can grab it $67.94 at Amazon.
