The Baywatch beauty, 55, still looks decades younger than the 56-year-old she will turn on March 30.
Donna – who said 2024 is about new adventures for her – modeled the dress in a doorway of a mansion where her photoshoot took place.
The former wife of Mötley Crüe’s Nikki Sixx, 65, paired the figure-hugging dress with red pumps.

Late last year, the former Playboy Playmate revealed she had joined Only Fans.
Recently, the devout Catholic opened up about the differences between her faith and her steamy modeling career, the Playboy Playmate era and her Only Fans account.
“I’ll be honest, there’s a little bit of conflict, and I get conflicted sometimes, but I mean, I don’t do anything,” she shared Fox News digital last month.
“I don’t do porn, I don’t sleep,” she said. ‘I’m not dating anyone, period.
“I’m having fun,” she added. “I’m not hurting anyone,” she added.
Donna, who is best known for playing lifeguard Donna Marco on Baywatch for two seasons from 1996 to 1998, mused about what her priest might say about her Only Fans account.
“Is it considered sinful if I ask my priest, ‘Is it okay if I do this?’ He would say, “Yes, it’s not okay.” But I have found my peace,” she said.
“I feel like as women we can be all of the above. We don’t have to just be the OnlyFans girls or just the super elegant, stylish girl who dresses in an understated way – you can be anything.”

The brunette bombshell also said she now feels more confident in herself and her body thanks to Only Fans – and is keen to clear up the misconception that the site only offers porn.
“I would like to dispel the misconception that every woman, and man, I think that’s on OnlyFans, does porn,” she said at the time. ‘It’s just not true. I think people are starting to understand that now, just a little bit.
“There are a lot of celebrities there now,” she added.
“And you know, I know people associate OnlyFans with porn, and I know that… for a long time (it) was the biggest thing that happened there. But just because you’re on OnlyFans doesn’t mean you’re doing it.”
