Donald Trump returns to Manhattan for the third week of the hush money trial.
The former president will sit in court as prosecutors continue to question Michael Cohen’s former banker, Gary Farro.
He testified Friday that he helped Trump’s disgraced former fixer open accounts, including the one used to pay porn star Stormy Daniels $130,000.
Trump also faces a fine of up to $10,000 for contempt of court for violating the silence order in the case.
Judge Juan Merchan has criticized his activities on social media and could rule as early as Tuesday.

Who is Gary Farro? The banker who helped Michal Cohen pay Stormy Daniels
Gary Farro was a senior managing director at First Republic Bank in 2016.
Michael Cohen allegedly made hush money payments to Stormy Daniels, also known as Stephanie Clifford, through the bank.
Someone at the bank reported the transfer transaction as suspicious to the Ministry of Finance.
On October 26, 2016, a bank employee whose name has been publicly redacted confirmed to Cohen that his telegram to Daniels’ attorney was successful.
First Republic Bank was seized by regulators and sold last year.
Biden mocks Trump’s trial at White House Correspondents’ Dinner
President Joe Biden used his speech to a crowd of 2,600 people at the Washington Hilton on Saturday to slam his rival.
The 81-year-old has been campaigning as Trump sat in a Manhattan courtroom.
The president laughed off the case in which his likely 2024 opponent is accused of paying hush money to porn star Stormy Daniels to cover up an alleged affair.
Biden said, “I’ve had a great time since the State of the Union. Donald has had a rough few days lately, you might call it stormy weather.”
RECAP: Trump’s longtime aide and ‘right-hand woman’ Rhona Graff testifies she had a ‘vague’ memory of Stormy Daniels in Trump Tower
Donald Trump’s longtime aide told his hush money on Friday that she remembered seeing porn star Stormy Daniels in the 26th floor lobby of Trump Tower before the 2016 election.
Rhona Graff, 64, who worked for Trump for 34 years until 2021, said she assumed Daniels was there to discuss joining The Apprentice.
Graff also confirmed that she entered Daniels and Karen McDougal’s contact information into the Trump Organization system.
Daniels and McDougal, a former Playboy model, have both claimed they had an affair with Trump, which he denies.
Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying company records to cover up a $130,000 payment to buy Daniels’ silence.
