Donald Trump reveals where youngest son Barron will be going to college this fall

Former President Donald Trump has announced that his youngest son Barron will attend college in New York state.

Trump confirmed that The New York Post that Barron’s college would be in New York state, but that his team would announce “soon” which school exactly it would be.

β€œHe’s all set for a particular school that’s very good,” Trump told the newspaper.

The former president was all smiles when asked if his son would attend New York University. Barron, 18, graduated from the exclusive Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach in May.

His father has previously said that the 6-foot-1 Trump is interested in politics and sometimes even gives him advice.

Speaking on Philadelphia’s Talk Radio 1210 WPHT, he said: “He’s a little on the tall side. I’ll tell you, he’s a tall guy, but he’s a good-looking guy.

“And he’s a really great student. And he loves politics. It’s funny, he sometimes says to me, ‘Dad, this is what you should do.'”

In July, Trump also praised his youngest son after attending his first political rally in Florida.

Barron joined his older brother Eric and Don Jr. for a campaign event in Doral, where Trump has a gold club. The trio sat together in the front row.

Trump introduced his three sons to the crowd, saying it was “the first time” Barron had been there and dropping hints about the teens’ future.

Trump addressed the crowd and said: “He was admitted to any university he wanted and made his choice.

“And he’s a very good guy, I can tell you that. He’s a very special guy, Barron Trump. This is the first time he’s done this.’

Earlier this summer, Barron turned down Florida’s offer to become a delegate to the Republican Party convention.

A week after the state announced that the 18-year-old would represent the state in Donald Trump’s nomination, Melania Trump’s office announced that Barron had “prior commitments.”

“While Barron is honored to have been selected as a delegate by the Republican Party of Florida, he regrets that he will not be participating due to prior commitments,” Melania Trump’s office said in a statement.

Barron attended his father’s presidential announcement in 2016 and attended the Republican Party conventions in 2016 and 2020. He did not attend his father’s 2024 announcement at Mar-a-Lago.

During Trump’s last two White House campaigns, Don Jr., Eric and Ivanka were heavily involved, speaking at their father’s rallies and campaigning for him.

Tiffany joined her siblings in the 2020 campaign, but Barron stayed out of the public eye. He was only 10 when his father became president.
