Donald Trump opens up to Joe Rogan on how he urged Kim Jong-un to ‘go to the beach, relax’ in healing chats after previously telling North Korea’s ‘Little Rocket Man’ he would ‘burn in hell’

Donald Trump opened up about his relationship with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un in an interview with Joe Rogan.

Speaking to the comedian and UFC commentator on his highly popular podcast on Friday, the Republican presidential candidate said he had gotten to know North Korea’s leader “very well” – despite previously calling him a “Little Rocket Man” who ‘burn in hell’.

The former president also told Rogan that by the time he finished his presidential term “we didn’t have any problems with North Korea,” after urging him to stop building nuclear weapons.

Trump stated, “I said, ‘Do you ever do anything else? Why don’t you take it easy? Go to the beach, relax.

‘I said, “You’re always building nuclear power, you don’t have to do it. Relax!” I said, ‘Let’s build some condos on your coast.’

The highly anticipated podcast between Joe Rogan and Donald Trump aired earlier tonight and delivered viewing figures that soared to 300,000 in just 30 minutes

The interview comes after Rogan declared in 2022 that Trump would never appear on ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ because he didn’t want to help the Republican Party’s campaign

While appearing on The Joe Rogan Experience, Trump stated as much Russia would never have invaded Ukraine if he had been president.

“I said, ‘Vladimir [Putin]“You’re not going in,” he told Rogan, adding, “I used to talk to him all the time.

“I can’t tell you what I told him because I think it would be inappropriate, but one day he will tell you, but then he would never have gone in.”

Trump also claimed that Putin invaded Ukraine because “first of all, he doesn’t respect Biden at all.”

The former president also revealed that he felt he had made “bad choices” when discussing previous appointments to his Cabinet.

He attributed the “success” of his presidency to his own decision-making in choosing officials for his government.

“The one mistake… I will say it always comes back to the same answer, the biggest mistake I made… I picked some people that I shouldn’t have picked,” he said.

Rogan then responded by asking if that was a reference to “neocons,” to which Trump replied, “Yes, neocons, or bad people, or disloyal people.”

Yesterday’s three-hour podcast, which delayed Trump’s latest arrival in Michigan by several hours, included a friendly discussion about the scar left by the politician after the July 13 assassination attempt on Thomas Mathew Cooks.

He referred to a “little mark” on his ear where he was shot, adding: “It stung there.”

In 2022, Rogan was adamant that Trump would never appear on “The Joe Rogan Experience” because he did not want to help the Republican Party’s campaign.

He turned down multiple offers to have Trump on the show, saying, “I am not a Trump supporter in any way shape or form.”

“I’ve had the opportunity to have him on my show more than once, I’ve said no every time. I don’t want to help him. I’m not interested in helping him.’

However, after facing backlash after apparently supporting RFK Jr over Trump, Rogan was forced to double down on his comments – insisting he did not support Kennedy, who recently withdrew from the presidential race and endorsed Trump.

The episode was released Friday evening at 10:00 PM Eastern Time and the ratings jumped to 300,000 in just 30 minutes.
