Donald Trump was among the crowd at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night as UFC 295 touched down in the Big Apple.
Jiri Prochazka’s fight with Alex Pereira for the vacant light heavyweight title topped the bill in New York on Saturday night.
A host of big names were in attendance at the Garden, including the former president who is no stranger to big nights of mixed martial arts.
The crowd erupted after the preliminaries as Trump entered the arena flanked by UFC chief Dana White and political commentator Tucker Carlson.
Trump, dressed in his signature dark blue suit and red tie, shook hands with White before taking a seat in his side cage.
The crowd followed with chants of “USA” before the promo for the UFC’s 30th anniversary event played.
A few minutes later, the Garden was in an uproar as the 45th president appeared on the big screen in the arena.
