The Colorado Supreme Court has issued a ruling removing former President Donald Trump from the 2024 Republican primary, citing the 14th Amendment's “insurrection ban.”

In a 4-3 decision, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that the ex-president and 2024 Hopeful are ineligible to run for president.
