MAGA power couple Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle were barred from entering the media spin room in Milwaukee after Fox News’ Republican primary debate Wednesday night.

Trump Jr. was angry with the guards and blamed Fox News for being rejected after his father rejected the first Republican confrontation by a significant lead in the polls.

Before the debate, the Fox News Channel said that only presidential candidates participating in the debate would be allowed to bring surrogates to the spin room.

Fox later clarified by saying media outlets could provide access to individuals from campaigns who did not participate in the first Republican primary debate.

But when Don Jr. and his fiancé walked toward the cordoned-off entrance, they were approached by a member of the Fiserv Forum’s security team, who whispered in the former first son’s ear.

“Fox won’t let me into the spin room,” Trump Jr. said. “They tell him he works for security here, but they tell him I can’t go in there.”

“How un-American,” Guilfoyle then remarked.

By then, a group of reporters had surrounded Trumpworld’s top couple.

Trump Jr. reasoned that he was being blocked by Fox “because the candidates they’ve been promoting for the past two years while trying to beat Trump haven’t been performing as they hoped.”

“So they can’t have someone who might represent my father,” he continued.

Fox News did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the matter.

“So that we understand what we’re dealing with here. It shouldn’t surprise any of us and it’s why Trump was 100 percent right not to go to this debate,” Trump Jr. said.

Trump has pulled out of the debate to instead air an interview he recorded with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

The ex-president has been feuding with Fox for months.

“It’s below his level and when you know you’re going into a set-up, because of exactly these kinds of circumstances, you understand exactly what’s going on in the mainstream media, even conservative,” Trump Jr. said of his decision. father not to participate. in the debate.

Eight other Republican candidates took part in the two-hour event, moderated by Fox’s Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum.

“I have to mention balls and strikes, this is no different than what we see from the Democrats,” Trump Jr. also said.

“It’s very un-American, it violates the First Amendment,” Guilfoyle said.

Fox is a private company and not the government, so the First Amendment does not apply.
