‘Dominating’ female Senator ‘used male chief of staff as her SEX SLAVE’: Married dad-of-three claims he suffered herniated discs in his back after she forced him ‘to prove his loyalty’ in the car

A California state senator is accused of using her married male chief of staff as a sex slave and injuring his back while “forcing” him to perform oral sex.

California Republican Sen. Marie Alvarado-Gil, 50, faced allegations Thursday from former chief of staff and father of three Chad Condit, the 57-year-old son of former Congressman Gary Condit.

Condit alleges in the civil lawsuit filed in Sacramento Superior Court that the married mother of six regularly asked for oral sex, including in the car, causing him to sustain back injuries.

Condit alleges the relationship was a “sex-based quid pro quo,” which he described as characterized by “unwanted advances and sexual behavior combined with punishment and displays of power.”

Alvarado-Gil was elected in 2022 and hired Condit as chief of staff. She fired him in December 2023 and has strongly denied the allegations, calling him a “disgruntled former employee” who “made up a strange story … to get a paycheck.”

Condit alleges that Alvarado-Gil preferred oral sex and saw it as a form of power.

β€œThey were riding together and stopped to use the restroom,” the complaint states, describing an alleged incident during a drive to Inyo County.

When he got back to the car, she had pulled down her pants and said, β€œI want you to kiss him and prove your loyalty.”

‘She had spread her legs and turned towards him, exposing her vagina. Her instructions were that he submit to her demand and orally pleasure her vagina.’

The lawsuit alleges he was “numb and acted without thinking” after months of alleged abuse by Alvarado-Gil.

When she last demanded oral sex, Condit suffered serious injuries due to the limited space in the car they shared.

Condit claims he performed the act “while seated in a car seat and having to twist and contort his body in the confined space of the car.”

As a result, the chief of staff suffered three herniated discs in his back and a collapsed hip, the complaint said.

He says that after the injury he began to resist her sexual desires and that this “made her unhappy with him.”

Condit’s father, former Democratic Congressman Condit, has also been accused of affairs β€” including with missing intern Chandra Levy, who was found murdered a year after her disappearance in 2001. Condit’s father has never been named as a suspect.

Speculation about whether the politician committed the murder allegedly prompted Alvarado-Gil β€” who fired Condit last December β€” to ask her then-collaborator if he “would be like his father,” the complaint says.

The organization also alleged that the alleged inappropriate comments increased over time, including in March 2023, when the politician allegedly asked him about his feelings during “throuples” – a term referring to a consensual relationship between three people.

Alvarado-Gil wondered “if he thought his wife would like that,” the complaint said. Attorneys for Condit also wrote that Alvarado-Gil would share her sexual fantasies with him and other staff members for all to hear.

First, the 4th Senate District representative allegedly told him “that she prefers little black men and old white men like (Condit),” and that if “if [Republican state Sen. Roger Niello] when I was younger and single, I would jump over bones.’

On August 23, 2023, the son of the former California representative made it clear that he did not like the then-Democrat, leading to him facing threats to his job.

He also said he began rejecting Alvardo-Gil’s demands for oral sex, using his back injury as an excuse.

Among them, Alvardo-Gil allegedly sent him a “false disciplinary letter alleging inappropriate behavior by Alvarado-Gil,” and visited his home to accuse him of having an affair with someone other than his wife.

A month earlier, Alvarado-Gil, who had suddenly switched from Democratic to Republican in August, had publicly congratulated Condit on her birthday, writing, “Thank you for all you do.”

In October, Condit underwent back surgery for his alleged injuries, the lawsuit said, before Alvarado-Gil fired him late that year.

Condit alleged that before he was fired, Alvardo-Gil threatened to hire his wife, Helen, with whom he has three children.

Alvardo-Gil is now also married and has six children. In the lawsuit, Condit alleged that her boss had a “lifetime free pass” to cheat on her husband, who also cheated on her.

The California State Senate is also named in the lawsuit. Condit alleges that his staff allowed the alleged harassment, which he claims never involved sexual intercourse.

β€œThe Secretary of the Senate blindly accepted Alvarado-Gil’s retaliatory actions and condoned her mistreatment of him,” the lawsuit states.

Senate Secretary Erika Contreras responded Friday: β€œThe Senate has not been notified of this matter, but we are in discussions with an attorney to determine next steps.

“The Senate takes all complaints very seriously, but cannot comment on matters related to ongoing litigation.”

Ognian Gavrilov, Alvardo-Gil’s lawyer, added: ‘A disgruntled former employee made up a strange story, without evidence, to get money.

β€œWe expect the Senator to be fully exonerated of any wrongdoing related to these false, financially motivated claims.”

Condit and Alvarado-Gil have had public feuds in the past. Alvarado-Gil filed an ethics complaint with Attorney General Rob Bonta in May, demanding an investigation into how Condit obtained money for certain infrastructure improvements.

A few months later, Alvarado-Gil made headlines when he switched political affiliations from Democratic to Republican, citing frustration with the majority party’s crime policies.

In 2022, she was first elected to represent her district, which is largely Republican. Condit was part of her campaign.
