Domenica Calarco has defended herself after being accused of ‘not supporting women’ by mocking her former Married At First Sight co-star Tamara Djordjevic.
The 29-year-old had shamed Tamara during a performance on the Happy hour podcast this week after rumors surfaced that she was interested in joining OnlyFans.
She told her to “don’t even bother” because no one would subscribe to her exclusive content — a comment some of her fans found demeaning and sexist.

Domenica, who portrayed herself as a feminist icon after her own OnlyFans furore on MAFS, addressed the criticism in the Facebook group for her podcast Sit With Us.
“I understand that some people may be upset with the way I spoke of a particular woman, and I fully understand that,” she wrote, declining to refer to Tamara by name.
“I can support women and not love an individual. If someone is or has been mean to me, I don’t think there can be gender generalization here.
“I said what I said and some people won’t like it. As a concept, I always support women; always have had and always will.”

“I can support women and not love an individual. If someone has been mean to me, I don’t think there can be gender generalization here,” Domenica said in response to the backlash
Domenica went on to say that she hopes for “a gender balance in the world” and that her comments about Tamara have “nothing to do with whether or not you support women.”
While she will always stand up for other women, she said, she will not be “swayed by insincere manipulators.”
The controversy started when Domenica said of Tamara on the Happy Hour podcast, “Babe, to be honest, don’t even bother [joining OnlyFans] ’cause I don’t even think anyone would want to sign up, honey.
“Even if you have a free plan!”

After hosts Lucy Jackson and Nikki Westcott gasped in shock, Dom responded, “I don’t care right now.”
“Like, I have zero [tolerance] for these people because [of] the shit I’ve been through and the things I had to hear when they said about me on national TV,” she added.
Dom wasn’t done there, with the fiery influencer also repeatedly taking aim at her on-screen rival, Olivia Frazer.
Dom and Olivia had a memorable falling out on the last season of Married At First Sight after Olivia and some of the other girls revealed that Dom had an OnlyFans account.
Dom said ‘no one’ would ever sign up to see Tamara (left) on OnlyFans, before criticizing Olivia Frazer (right) for joining the platform despite having a teacher’s degree
“She’s on OnlyFans now,” Dom told the hosts, after Olivia signed up for the website shortly after the season ended.
“I don’t know how anyone goes from a teacher’s college to an OnlyFans account,” she snidely added.
When asked if she was concerned about running into any of her former castmates, including Olivia, Dom said, “Olivia is on the Central Coast, where no one ever goes.” [to] anyway.’
“I don’t know how anyone goes from a teacher’s college to an OnlyFans account,” Dom said of Olivia
“Nobody offended on the Central Coast!” she added, before her BFF Ella Ding and the Happy Hour hosts burst into laughter.
Later in the interview, Dom and Ella talked about how “blessed” they were to walk away from their season as the breakout stars with several endorsement deals and media opportunities.
“We talk about it all the time, how blessed and honored we are,” Dom gushed. “And the bottom line is that we just are who we are.”

Ella agreed, “I think in our season, friendship, values and morals had the most to do with everyone.”
Fans have had a mixed reaction to the podcast so far, with some supporting Dom’s outspoken confidence.
“I love you Dom…keep it real,” one gushed, while another wrote, “This is gold!”
However, most of the comments called her out for continuing to bash her castmates.

“The pettiness has been evident for months, but why continue shaming people?” one noticed.
The pot calling the kettle black. Not a word is needed here. From smashing glass to constant bullying,” said another.
“One podcast says she wants to move on and make amends and the next she’s actually like that. How do people accept this behavior from her?’ a third wrote.
Tamara (pictured) has since responded to Dom by writing on Instagram: ‘Imagine your entire personality and career in life is about hating other people’
Even Olivia’s on-screen ex-“husband” Jackson Lonie chimed in and taunted Domenica for shaming Tamara.
“Imagine saying you’re all for women and then shaming another woman [by] say she’s not worthy of subscribers!’ he raged.
“And all you’ve done since the show, Dom, is talk about everyone. It’s time to move on and grow up. It’s been a year.’
Tamara has since responded to the controversy by writing on Instagram, “Imagine if your entire personality and career is about hating other people and being so public and [as] loud like this.
So much for other women’s advocates. I will continue to offer peace instead of meddling in this ongoing toxic story,” Olivia countered
“I’ve never shared anything because I don’t care, but come on, it’s been a year. Can we continue?’
Olivia also weighed in by taking the high road and sharing a meme that read, “You don’t have to get revenge. Rotten fruit falls by itself.’
She explained the meme, writing, “I am posting this again because me and my friends are once again getting trashed by other women after I extend an olive branch.
So much for other women’s advocates. I will continue to offer peace instead of feeding on this ongoing toxic story.”
