Doja Cat gives a playful nod to the Friends opening credits while dressing up as a DEMON to promote her new single… after setting her critics on fire
Doja Cat has been busy promoting her new single Demons, which came out on Friday.
And the 27-year-old singer got creative with her promo by giving a nod to the opening sequence of the sitcom Friends – all while dressed as a horrific demon.
In a new TikTok, Doja rocks head-to-toe black body paint and a set of devil horns as she lays on a red couch with the show’s iconic fountain in the background.
The superimposed image had “DEMONS” written in the Friends font just above her head as the clip quickly zoomed in on her.
Doja – who recently took a shine to her critics as ‘phonies’ – is seen displaying a menacing grin while decked out in diamonds and a black bikini that was barely visible.

She first teased Demons last March when she changed her profile picture on TikTok to show she was wearing a supernatural costume.
She then revealed that the song would be included on her upcoming album Scarlet.
The Say So singer alluded to the imminent release of her fourth record during an interview Elle which was published last May.
During the sit-down, Doja Cat said her new project would be mostly rap songs, unlike her previous pop-oriented sound.
She said, “I’ve been rapping since the beginning, and at first I couldn’t even sing very well – I got a lot better.”
The performer also spoke of listeners who felt she was not well suited to the rap genre.
“I use my voice as a tool to create these worlds, and it’s okay if people think I can’t rap,” she said.
She also alluded to her new record last March being called Hellmouth, though she later brushed that idea aside.
The Grammy Award-winning artist later revealed that her album was titled Scarlet last month.
The singer sparked a bit of controversy when she revealed the cover of her record to the public last month, with numerous fans claiming it was virtually identical to that of an album by German band Chaver.
