Dog mutilating horror as man’s chest is ‘PUNCHED’ by canine in South Sydney

A man in his 40s has been bitten in the chest by a dog in south Sydney, sustaining a serious injury.

The man was attacked by the dog during a morning hike in Sylvania and suffered a deep punctured chest wound to the chest.

“Paramedics arrived at a rather chaotic scene but luckily the dog has been restrained,” said NSW Ambulance Inspector Jason Rutherford.

The patient was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
