Does paying for sex count as cheating?
The team of Kyle and Jackie O Show from KIIS FM tried to answer the tough question on Wednesday and came up with some surprising answers.
In a clip shared by the show, a man asked people on the streets of Tokyo if visiting a prostitute is cheating.
All four women explained that they didn’t think paying for sex was cheating, which host Kyle Sandilands and news anchor Brooklyn Ross agreed with.
“I don’t feel like doing that at all,” Jackie protested.
‘Why not?’ Kyle asked.
“It’s a cheat,” Jackie said flatly.
Brooklyn said it was “just sex,” so it didn’t count as cheating.
“Usually it’s not about you, the woman,” Kyle said. “It makes you think, ‘Yes, I still have it,'” he added.
Jackie asked what about kissing, touching and being intimate, which she said was cheating.

“Most of the time it’s not about you, the woman,” said Kyle (pictured). “It makes you think, ‘Yes, I still have it,'” he added. Brooklyn agreed that it wasn’t also about the other person
‘When your husband cheats, it’s like you take it as a personal attack on yourself. Like you’re not good enough, but you know what, that’s bullshit,” Brooklyn said.
“(Men or the partner who pays for them) are just horny?” he added.
Some fans of the show went up to Kyle and Brooklyn and asked if they would like their partners to visit a brothel.
The segment was in response to a man asking women, presumably in Tokyo, if they thought “paying for sex” was cheating. All four respondents said no
Listeners seemed to prefer Jackie’s stance on cheating and called out Kyle and Brooklyn on how they would feel if their partners visited a brothel.
“So Kyle and Brooklyn would be okay with their partners doing this,” one woman asked.
‘100% cheating. Any form of sexual interaction, whether physical or even verbal (online, texting, etc.), is cheating,” wrote another.
“It’s cheating anyway if you touch or intend to touch someone else if you’re in a cheating relationship,” another added.
‘Yes. It’s cheating. It’s a personal attack. If a man is horny then he has the perfect person at home,” another added.
All the women who spoke at the vox pop agreed that paying for sex is not cheating, proving that attitudes are somewhat cultural. Pictured
