Doctor Who FIRST LOOK: RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Jinkx Monsoon looks menacing in costume as ‘most powerful enemy yet’

Two-time RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Jinkx Monsoon was seen in costume for the first time just weeks after it was announced they would be joining the Doctor Who cast.

The 35-year-old award-winning actor and singer – who uses the pronouns she/she – looked menacing as the new villain in the BBC’s British sci-fi television series.

No doubt Jinkx – born as Jerick Roman Lamar Hoffe – will be able to show off their musical skills sportingly, as the color of their jacket had a piano key print in addition to the inner lining of the long sleeves.

The long coat dragged on the floor while paired with fitted trousers and black leather knee-high boots.

Jinkx – who rose to fame after winning two seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race – wore a lot of jewelry, including large silver earrings and matching rings on her fingers.

Not much is known about her character, but the official Doctor Who Twitter wrote, “Here’s your first look at @JinkxMonsoon in character… as the Doctor’s most powerful foe yet! #Doctor Who.’

Jinkx has built an international fan base after claiming another victory – when she was crowned Queen of Queens in the All Stars season, compete against other winners of the show.

The transvestite and comedian makes his debut in the famous BBC One show after completing its sold-out run on Broadway.

Jinkx made her highly anticipated debut as Matron “Mama” Morton in Chicago, Broadway’s longest-running show.
