A doctor has revealed the five foods she would never eat – and many of them could pose a serious threat to your health.

According to the FDA, bacteria can multiply “rapidly” at these temperatures, which can cause food poisoning.

“I’ve seen it happen so many times: After holiday weekends like this, emergency rooms are overrun with people sick from foodborne illness… eat right away or just eat later,” added Dr. Kiss it.

As a third rule, Dr. Kiss said she would avoid things that “match the color of her hair,” which is dyed pink and purple.

“Every now and then I will do that. This is probably something that’s not absolute for me, but I would say 99 percent of the time I’m not going to eat things covered in food coloring,” she shared.

“If there’s a dent in a can and I wasn’t the one who saw me drop it at the time, then I’m going to be concerned about botulism,” Dr. Kiss in the video.

‘Botulism is not fun, so yeah, I just don’t eat it. It’s not worth the fifty dollars if I had the means to get a can that isn’t dented,” she said.

Finally, the last thing she admitted she would never eat is definitely a “weird” thing, and that is grapefruit.

“The reason for this is that so many medications interact with grapefruit,” revealed Dr. Kiss.
