Do you wear underwear under your gym leggings? Podcasters spark discussion after it was revealed that Khloe Kardashian is doing without
Podcasters Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw have sparked a debate about activewear.
Speaking on their KIC podcast this week, the pair discussed whether or not it’s ideal to wear underwear under workout leggings.
“Do you wear underwear with your workout clothes?” Laura, 30, asked her shocked co-star.
‘Yes! I had to ask you this too, I know people who don’t. Wait, are you going to tell me you don’t?’ Steph, 29, replied.
“I’d get thrush, I’d get thrush!” Laura said animatedly, insisting she preferred underwear under gym clothes.

“I don’t understand how that’s possible, just no,” Steph continued.
“If it’s an appearance thing, like you don’t want your underwear lining to stick out?” she wondered.
‘Is it because you haven’t found the right seamless thing yet or are you actually more comfortable not wearing any underwear? That’s what I’m not sure about,” added a confused Steph.
It turns out that some famous faces are fans of going there naked when they hit the gym.
Ellie Gonsalves said in the comments on the Instagram page of the KIC podcast that she wore no underwear to work out.

Surprisingly, many leggings brands advise against wearing underwear with leggings.
However, to prevent bacterial and fungal infections, such as thrush, it is best to choose leggings with built-in lining or a special antibacterial fabric to absorb excess sweat.
