DJ Fisher is granted approval to build luxury beachside nine-storey residential tower on the Gold Coast
Celebrity DJ Paul Fisher is on his way to a major property win on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
The 37-year-old music guru, who is married to influencer Chloe Fisher, 31, is the driving force behind a recently approved luxury development in Palm Beach.
The nine-story tower will be built just steps from the waterfront, on two lots he purchased over the past four years for a staggering $5.2 million.
The development, named after Fisher’s hit song You Little Beauty, will see two homes demolished to make way for the apartment block that is said to be The courier post.
Fisher purchased the first parcel in 2020 for $2.1 million, then purchased the adjacent parcel in 2023 for $3.1 million.
According to the report, the Gold Coast City Council recently approved plans for the upmarket block, which was designed by BDA architects.
The tower will contain six three-bedroom apartments, each with two bathrooms.
A highlight of the block is a two-storey penthouse with three bathrooms, four bedrooms and a roof terrace.
