Later on Thursday at the launch of the family’s D’Amelio shoes, the star’s sister, Charli, also gave an additional update while she was with Entertainment tonight.

“She was just dehydrated and she got some fluids. But she’ll be at the D’Amelio Footwear launch tonight, so you’ll see her. She’s coming, she’s just getting ready.’

The singer teamed up with her younger sister, Charli, and mother, Heidi, to create the shoe collection, along with designer Lauren DiCicco, who has worked with other celebrities such as Jessica Simpson.

The new brand offers a variety of styles and categories such as sneakers, heels, boots and also sandals.

Before the brief hospital scare, Dixie had jumped to her social media channels, including Instagram and Snapchat, to count down the hours until the shoes officially launched for fans and consumers.

She had taken a close-up selfie wearing a white top, partially showing off her freshly dyed blonde locks. She had shown a link to the brand’s website and written a caption, “an hour.”

The star then filmed herself telling the camera, “The shoes have officially dropped,” while linking to the official website. In her right hand, Dixie held a pair of the brand’s $99 black Karyenaa pumps.

In another photo, she wore loose-fitting black jeans with a yellow stripe down each side, along with a matching denim jacket. She only added a black bralette underneath and slipped into a pair of $189 black Camdon boots as she posed outside.

‘From the name to the designs and even to the packaging. We wanted to make sure that the shoes were something we would wear, but that they were also really comfortable.”

They later added, “It was also so important to us that we try to maintain the quality, while producing the shoes at a lower price so that it is more viable for our audience.”

When it came to differences related to creativity, the trio explained, “We don’t always agree, but that’s the fun of working together. It’s fun to have a fun and constructive discussion about our different styles and preferences, even about the best colors.’
