Laura Lynch, a founding member of country music giant the Dixie Chicks, has died.

According to him, Lynch died in a car accident outside El Paso, Texas TMZ. She was 65.

Her cousin Mick Lynch revealed she died Friday while driving from El Paso to Dell City.
