As Europe’s Ryder Cup team looked for glory today after taking the lead in spectacular fashion on Friday and Saturday, golf’s star WAGS shared photos from a very successful Saturday in Rome.
For Chicago-raised Diane Donald, 40, married to Europe captain Luke, and New York-born Erica Stoll, 36, wife of Rory McIlroy, it was mostly a matter of following their husbands, rather than their home teams , at the Marco. Simone Golf and Country Club.

The children were dressed in sporty clothes and baseball caps and had huge smiles as they stood next to their mother in a show of support for their father’s big day.
The mother-of-three then captured the European team’s WAGS in their stylish glory as they all got into position for the camera in matching beige blazers, which they teamed with beige shorts, white T-shirts and white trainers.
Meanwhile, some opted for matching sun hats and statement sunglasses to fully encapsulate the glamor of the day.

Later they were seen marching excitedly to the fields where the rest of the crowd waited patiently.
European Ryder team captain Luke Donald, former world number 1, first met Greek-born Diane when they were both studying at Northwestern University in Illinois, before eventually tying the knot in 2007. The couple also have three daughters together.
Earlier this year, Donald celebrated his 16th wedding anniversary with Diane, who studied psychology.
Meanwhile, Erica McIlroy is also standing up for her husband Rory. Erica and Rory first met on the Ryder Cup in 2012 while Erica, 35, was working for the PGA – a few years later the pair were dating.
Team USA has everything on their hands today after Europe strolled to a 6 1/2 -1 1/2 win yesterday following a dominant performance on Friday.
