Distressing moment ‘fentanyl user’ writhes and moans in San Francisco street for TWO HOURS, as local journalist slams progressive activists she says want to cover-up the crisis

Shocking video shows a San Francisco man allegedly high on fentanyl lying around on the ground for two hours as a local journalist claims advocates are trying to cover up the reality of the city's drug crisis.

On December 26, an account caller Dodge Place Tenderloin SF shared the video on X, formerly known as Twitter, saying the man screamed for at least two hours.

In the video, the man is said to be high on fentanyl and have his pants pulled down to his ankles. He rolls on the ground, hitting himself and groaning incoherently.

San Francisco Beat host and independent journalist Erica Sandberg reposted the video, saying homeless activists are trying to cover up the reality of the crisis.

Sandberg said: “What frustrates so-called 'homeless' activists: they cannot prevent these images and videos from being made public.”

“All threats and attempts at shame are futile. We will share what is happening with our fellow people on the street. We will identify those responsible. Truth versus power.”

In November, the city took drastic measures to clean up the streets as world leaders entered the city for the APEC summit. But as soon as they left, the homeless population returned to the streets.

Protective steel fencing was installed around the Moscone Center in the SoMa district, where the event was held. The police were also present, roads were closed and traffic was diverted.

But after the conference concluded on Thursday, November 17, special attention was also paid to SoMA and the adjacent Tenderloin District, where the city's worst homelessness is concentrated.

Photos from DailyMail.com show homeless people filling the streets in the Tenderloin District, where vagrants regularly relieved themselves on the sidewalks just weeks later.

“Walking around here is like doing a Poopie Dance, always avoiding stepping in between,” Rick Garcia, an architect, told DailyMail.com.

During a debate on Fox News with California Governor Gavin Newsom, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis openly mocked reality by displaying a map showing the feces allegedly found on city streets.

DeSantis said, “Human feces is now a fact of life, unless a communist dictator comes to town.”

Howard Ul, 60, manager of the Golden State Donut Shop in the city's Tenderloin District, told DailyMail.com: 'Every corner around here is like trash now. They're all back.'

“Everyone came for APEC and overnight this area was cleared,” he said. 'They did a great job. My question is: why don't they come and clean more? What do they do to persevere and help people who seem unable to make choices for themselves?'

Crime and filth in the Golden Gate City have forced businesses and citizens to flee, creating a “doom loop” – referring to the decline of a city when tax revenues drop as residents and businesses leave, sending revenues into a downward trend spiral descent.

Jeremy Bernier, a software engineer visiting the city, shared a video on social media of a group he claimed were drug addicts gathering outside his Airbnb.

Bernier described the city as the “most depressing place I have ever seen” and went on to ask, “wtf is this and who the hell is in charge of this city?”

“So many drugged people stood up straight, completely bent over with their heads to the ground, taking what looks like fentanyl,” he added.

“Tents everywhere, people passed out on sidewalks. This is even worse than in third world countries. What a shame.'

Data from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner shows that San Francisco entered its deadliest year on record for drug overdoses, with 752 accidental overdose deaths as of Dec. 6.

It tops the highest year ever – 2020 – when 726 people died.

The rise in drug deaths has gone hand in hand with a crime wave that has forced businesses to close and the city center to be empty.

Chinese-American rapper Chino Yang has criticized San Francisco Mayor London Breed in a new diss track calling her a “clown” and a “fake liberal” for her inability to get a handle on rising crime rates in the city

According to San Francisco Police Department crime data, as of Dec. 24, thefts in the city increased 14.5 percent and motor vehicle thefts increased 5.6 percent.

Chinese-American rapper Chino Yang, 35, has taken aim at San Francisco Mayor London Breed in a new diss track criticizing “incompetent city officials” over crime rates.

His latest musical offering is an English-language song that exposes the weakness of 'crooked politicians'.

“Now London Breed, you're nothing but a clown / When we really needed you, you've never been there,” Yang raps on the track.

“You've turned this great city into a zombie land. They do all kinds of dirty things here, they wouldn't try that in a small town,” he adds.
