A California mother who was led away from Disneyland in handcuffs for allegedly trying to smuggle her daughters in has threatened to sue the theme park.

Jessenia Diaz, 26, of Torrance, was taken into custody Tuesday and charged with suspicion of trespassing after Happiest Place on Earth officials said she tried to bring her two daughters into the park without paying.

After the incident, Diaz posted to TikTok to recount the incident and replied to a commenter who asked if she was taking legal action: “Definitely press charges.”

Diaz confirmed this TMZ has hired a lawyer and will prepare the Disneyland lawsuit within a few days.

Anaheim police said Diaz entered the park with a valid ticket for herself, but when stopped to confirm the ages of her children, she refused and continued on her way.

Diaz said she bought tickets for herself and her daughters on Tuesday and accused park staff of taking the tickets along with her phone after she claimed the mother of three had committed a burglary.

When park staff approached the mother about the ages of her children, Diaz would not cooperate with Disney security teams, who say they offered options so she and her children could stay.
