The Mobile Police Department told the outlet that the bizarre discovery was not being investigated as a murder or assault, but could be linked to the devastating events that saw 29-year-old Christopher Means lose his life.
Means was pronounced dead at the scene after losing control of his motorcycle and being struck by multiple vehicles with only “one driver” remaining on the scene.
