A group of masked men and women giving banned Nazi salutes and holding a placard reading “Expose Jewish Power” have been caught on video terrorizing other passengers on a Melbourne train.
Daily Mail Australia saw the group staging a protest on the steps of the city’s iconic Flinders Street station early on Saturday morning behind a banner reading “Expose Jewish Power”.
The shocking display of racism came just hours before Australians went to the polls for the last time to vote a No in Parliament after a divisive six-week campaign and ahead of planned pro-Palestinian rallies across Australia.
The racist display came after terror attacks on Israel by Hamas, in which at least 1,200 died and hundreds were taken hostage, and on the eve of Australia’s Indigenous Voice referendum in Parliament.
An unnamed leader encouraged the group – dressed all in black – to perform Hitler salutes in full view of passersby.
Daily Mail Australia saw the group staging a protest on the steps of the city’s iconic Flinders Street station early on Saturday morning behind a banner reading “Expose Jewish Power”.
The group of about 30 people were singing white supremacist songs and posing for pictures before being approached by a small group of police officers.
As two policemen watched, a teenager of Middle Eastern appearance shouted ‘f*** the Jews’.
As a result of police attention, the far-right group raised their flag, entered the station and boarded a 1.50am train on the Werribee line.
A number of passengers were seen abandoning the train, or changing their minds to board, once they spotted the group of protesters.
After boarding the train, they tried to hand out ‘business cards’ for the National Socialist Network to the small group of other passengers heading home.
The creepiest moment on the train came when the group was confronted by a passenger wearing a scarf in the blue and white colors of the Israeli flag.
The group demanded to know ‘wthe hat is with a scarf’.
The horrified male passenger replied that ‘someone gave it to me on the way to the train’.
Then they asked, menacingly, ‘does that mean something – it’s not Israeli, you’re not Jewish?’
He said ‘not for me’ and they moved on.
On the train, they handed out racist leaflets and sang Advance Australia Fair as well as another racist pro-white supremacy anthem.
At one point, a Middle Eastern-looking man boarded the train and police asked him to sit behind them for safety.

The disturbing incident comes just hours after three men were arrested for giving Hitler salutes outside the Jewish Museum in Sydney.
It is understood the trio – aged 30, 31 and 40 – were allegedly drunk and making Nazi salutes outside the museum in Darlinghurst shortly after midday on Friday.
The three have each been charged with offensive behavior in/near a public place/school and knowingly displaying the Nazi symbol in a public act without justification.
All three have been granted bail and Daily Mail Australia was at the scene as two of the men left Kings Cross police station at around 6.30pm on Friday.
One of the men covered his face with his T-shirt, while the other, wearing hi-vis, used a cap to shield his face from the cameras.

The trio’s alleged action follows ‘horrendous’ protests on the steps of the Sydney Opera House on Monday evening, in which a section of the crowd was filmed chanting anti-Jewish slogans and attempting to burn a flag of the Star of David.
Both incidents come amid rising tensions over the Israel-Palestine conflict, which erupted this week after the Hamas terror group sent hundreds of its members across the border from Gaza to carry out a surprise attack on Israelis.
The attack prompted Hamas, designated a terrorist organization by the European Union and the US, to burst through the heavily militarized border around the Gaza Strip and kill more than 1,300 people – most civilians – in an attack compared to 9/11 in the United States. United.
The group took about 150 Israeli, foreign and dual hostages in Gaza during its initial attack. Hamas said on Friday that 13 of them had been killed in Israeli airstrikes. She previously said four hostages died in the bombing.
Israeli soldiers have engulfed southern towns and kibbutz farming communities since Saturday.
They said they found the bodies of 1,500 terrorists, as well as a large number of civilians killed by Hamas fighters.
