Disgraced Nickelodeon star Drake Bell appeared to be breathing from a balloon again when he was seen for the first time since being reported missing.
Bell, 36, was photographed in the front seat of his car in Los Angeles on Tuesday with the tip of the balloon in his mouth. He appeared to have a jerry can in the car with him and was wearing a black cap and matching T-shirt.
It is unclear what, if any, was in the balloons.
It comes several months after Bell was spotted sucking on inflated balloons in his car outside a smoke shop in Los Angeles while his son was in the backseat. The incident occurred while Bell was serving a two-year probation for endangering a girl’s well-being when she was just 15.
Earlier this month, Bell went missing in South Florida after allegedly threatening to commit suicide. He was later found unharmed.

Over the weekend, Bell called out online trolls for affecting his mental health in a series of new tweets, in which he vehemently denied being a “pedophile.”
Nearly two years after pleading guilty to child endangerment charges related to a girl who met him online and attended one of his concerts in Ohio when she was 15, the actor defended himself against trumped-up charges.
After a Twitter user wrote a post urging others not to forget that he is a pedo, the father of one child replied, “Do some research. This is what I have to live with every day. They’re literally going to kill me.’
‘Blood [is] on their hands,” he fired, referring to the pressure unsubstantiated claims on his well-being have amid his divorce from his estranged wife Janet Von Schmeling.
In a separate tweet, Bell said he was surprised how mean people here are to people who are clearly dealing with mental health issues.
“It’s unreal how cruel you all can be,” he lamented, before angrily responding to another post calling him a pedo.
With his fans telling him not to submit to reading hateful posts, Bell seemed to reach a boiling point when he told a troll to fuck off while swearing “by God” that he’s not a “pedophile.”
His tweets were posted just a day before he claimed on Twitter that he learned that his spouse had filed for divorce by reading about it online.

“I found out my wife filed for divorce from TMZ,” Bell tweeted in the early hours of Friday. He then posted a link to a YouTube clip of his new song, Going Away.
“I know exactly what you’re going to do with all the shit you said wasn’t true. When will everyone get the idea that we’re not the same,” Bell sang in the video. It is unclear what inspired the track.
Von Schmeling, 28, said in court documents that she and the actor initially separated in September 2022.
Schmeling said the reason behind the breakup after four years of marriage is irreconcilable differences, the outlet reported.

The couple are the parents of one-year-old son Wyatt Bell, whom Von Schmeling is seeking primary legal and physical custody of.
Von Schmeling said she is open to Bell receiving a visit from their son as part of a divorce settlement.
The news comes a week after the actor took to Twitter on April 13 to express his dismay at the widespread news that his family had reported him missing, and officials issued an alert saying he was missing and in danger.
“You leave your phone in the car and don’t answer it all night?” Bell wrote on Twitter, wearing a face with an accompanying tears of joy emoji.

The Nickelodeon alum ’caused concern’ among family before being reported missing – and found by police hours later, a source told USA weekly.
The source said: “There was some communication with relatives that was a concern, so they are concerned about him and are looking for him.”
The insider said some of his relatives didn’t even know he was in Florida, where his estranged wife Von Schemling lives with their toddler son.
Bell was spotted out in public on Tuesday while traveling to SeaWorld in Orlando with his son.
