Disgraced celebrity chef Pete Evans makes return the kitchen after being cancelled for Neo-Nazi meme
He’s back! Disgraced celebrity chef Pete Evans looks unrecognizable as he returns to the kitchen in a cooking clip after being ‘cancelled’ over a series of controversies
Disgraced celebrity chef Pete Evans is back in the kitchen after several years out of the limelight.
The one-time star of Channel Seven’s My Kitchen Rules appeared in a new cooking video on Instagram.
Wearing a kitchen apron over a white T-shirt, the 50-year-old got ready to barbecue some sausages.
Evans called sausages a “great invention” when he prepared a Mojo sauce recipe for the meat.
“One of my all-time favorite dishes is the humble sausage,” he said in the clip.

“And the reason is, I think they’re the best human invention ever — the perfect ratio of fat to good quality protein.”
He seemed worlds away from his days as a clean-cut TV star in the clip.
Evans now sports a bizarre mohawk and undercut haircut.
The outspoken former celebrity seemed at ease in front of the camera and remembered his days as a popular judge on MKR.
Evans has been keeping a low profile since he dropped 15 sponsors and companies in the space of 48 hours in November 2020 after posting a neo-Nazi meme on social media.
He has faced a series of controversies in recent years.
The once-popular TV star has faced criticism for peddling against vaccine conspiracies, and was fined $25,000 for spraying a light machine he claimed helped cure Covid.
In May 2020, it was announced that Pete had parted ways with Channel Seven after 10 years as a judge on My Kitchen Rules alongside Manu Feildel and guest judge Colin Fassnidge.
It effectively marked his break from the mainstream after years of flirting with off-the-wall ideas during his tenure with the network.

Free from the contractual constraints of mainstream network television, Evans began expressing his non-scientific beliefs about vaccines and the Covid-19 pandemic on social media.
In July 2020, Evans sparked outrage when he falsely claimed that Covid-19 was a “f**king hoax” and that the pandemic “doesn’t compare to what’s happening on a massive scale in the world.”
In May 2021, he was fined $80,000 for again attempting to cash in on Covid by whipping up more fake treatments online.
It was his second run-in with authorities after he was previously fined $25,000 for trying to sell his so-called BioCharger on Facebook for $15,000 a time.
He insisted the light could cure COVID-19 and protect users from infection, but had no evidence to support the wild claims.
